Parenting plans offer arrangements tailored to the needs of children and families, and religion often plays an important role.Presenters in this workshop will discuss holiday schedules, dietary issues, and other matters that should be considered when mediating cases which require structuring parenting plans for members of the Jewish, Jewish Orthodox, Muslim, Hindu, Christian, and Buddhist faiths.

In-person attendees can join presenters Tracy Ann Moore-Grant; Stephanie Robins; and Neena Saxena for Cultural Considerations for Major World Religions in the Auditorium:

Tracy Ann Moore-Grant, Esq.

Tracy Moore-Grant has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 2002 and is a founding partner of the firm Patterson Moore Butler. She focuses her practice being anon-litigation attorney helping parties resolve issues outside of the court system as an uncontested and amicable divorce attorney, mediator, arbitrator and parent coordinator. Tracy is the founder of the Amicable Divorce Network.

Stephanie Robins

Stephanie Robins is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families.She has a thriving private therapy practice in Alpharetta, GA. Additionally, she is a Divorce Coach, Parenting Educator, Speaker, Trainer, Mediator, and Parenting Coordinator.

Neena Saxena, Esq.

Neena Saxena is a dedicated, honest, and empathetic attorney who focuses on all issues related to families including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, legitimation, alimony, property division, adoption, modifications and contempt issues. Neena is passionate about her clients and the law and experienced to handle all family law matters.

Those attending via livestream will not have access to view sessions presented in Room A, but will have access to a recording of these sessions (and all others) during the month of December (2023). Those attending the conference in person will have a choice between two breakout sessions, held at 10:00 AM and 2:15 PM. Like livestream attendees, a recording of all sessions will be available to in-person attendees for the month of December (2023).

Cultural Considerations for Major World Religions is approved for 1 hour of CE for registered neutrals (GA) & 1 hour of CLE for Georgia attorneys (pending).

The total conference is approved for 6 hours of CE for registered neutrals and is approved by the State Bar of Georgia for 6 CLE hours, including ethics, trial, and professionalism credit.

Georgia Attorneys who purchase the appropriate ticket option will have CLE hours automatically reported to the State Bar of Georgia. The fee for CLE hours is included in the ticket price.
