1 hour of CE for registered neutrals (GA) & 1 hour of CLE for Georgia attorneys, including 1 trial hour

Session Information

As mediators we often walk blindly into very tense situations. Our job is to cut through that tension, get to the heart of the matter, and facilitate settlement. But what do we do when we encounter an especially difficult personality who seems determined to thwart our efforts? Whether that someone is a party, attorney, or insurance representative, there are proven ways to successfully navigating the treachery. This session will dive into strategies for building trust and rapport with the difficult participant, so you can move the ball forward.

In-person attendees can join Winter Wheeler for Managing the Unmanageable in the Auditorium:

8:45am to 9:45am

This session will be live-streamed to virtual attendees.
